The Holidays, Long Ago, Nov. 1805 to Jan. 1806

The Salt Makers Return. A first-person historical interpretation of the salt making process, as used by Lewis & Clark's Corps of Discovery, was presented on the beach in Seaside, Oregon during the summer of 2001.

First person interpreters On the beach, in Seaside Oregon, the Corps of Discovery salt makers took hundreds of visitors back in time from the summer of 2002 to the Salt Works of 1806.
